I'm Grieving

Dear Readers,

I'm sorry for a lack of post Friday. My mom went into the hospital, and they didn't know what was going on with her. She was admitted from the ER.

And a little over 24 hours ago, I lost my mom. She was only 64. Long story short, she somehow developed a blood infection that ate her from the inside out.

I grew up with stories about my mom's characters, her cleric, Amber, and her fighter, Sabrina (her original miniature for her is above). My dad was usually the DM, and I heard stories from both sides of the DM screen. Tabletop Gaming is in my blood, both playing and DMing. My stories are often inspired by the stories my mom and dad told me growing up.

I'm...I don't know. I know I'm not okay. This was so very sudden.

In any case, give me a week or two, and I'll be back to posting.
